The Company's largest shareholders are Agnico Eagle Mines, Mackenzie Investments, Phoenix Gold Fund and US-Global. In Saudi Arabia and Morocco the Company operates in a 50-50 joint venture with MIDU, a diversified Saudi investment holding company.
