What is your rationale for taking part in 121 Mining Investment?

We would like to meet institutional and retail investors who are interested in a growth stock. Lipari is a natural diamond producer from its Brauna mine in Brazil and is looking to grow its production 10X through the development of the Tchiuzo diamond deposit in NE Angola. The Tchiuzo deposit was advanced to the feasibility stage of development by ALROSA back in 2013, and Lipari is currently working to update that feasibility study so that the deposit can be advanced to production by the end of 2028. The Tchiuzo deposit has potential to produce 1.4M carats of high quality diamonds from an open pit mining operation with a projected life-of-mine of 14 years. We are looking to complete a CA$10M equity financing to fund this update of the feasbility study.

What recent news would you like to highlight to investors attending?

October - Lipari Mining Advances Tchiuzo Project with Loan Financing and Kimberlite Plant Acquisition

What are your key goals for the next 3, 6 and 12 months?

3 Months

Ship and install kimberlite processing plant on the Tchitengo property and start up of bulk sampling/trial mining operations at the Tchiuzo kimberlite.

6 Months

Initial results of the bulk sampling/trial mining operations at the Tchiuzo kimberlite

12 Months

Completion of the trial mining and update of the feasibility study on the Tchiuzo kimberlite

What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?

Key risk and challenge is the US tariffs on India which has impacted the demand for natural diamonds because most of the world's diamond production is manufactured (polished) in India and approximately 60% of India's polished diamonds are sold into the USA. Once the tariff issue is resolved, demand for natural diamonds is expected to rebound and continue its previous trend of growth at an annual rate of 5%

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?

De-risked project in Angola. The Tchiuzo kimberlite has previously been advanced to the feasibility stage of development after having US$35.6M spent on exploration and development. The project hosts a mineral resource containing 23.3 M carats of natural diamonds, exploitable by open pit mining methods.

What are the top 3 key investor takeaways?

  1. De-risked development asset in Angola with strong economics and short development time-line
  1. Experienced management with a proven track-record of diamond mine development
  1. Exposure to Angola which is the premier location for diamond investment as evidenced by the return of diamond giants De Beers and Rio Tinto.
