What is your rationale for taking part in 121 Mining Investment?
Our rationale for attending the 121 Mining Investment Conference is to present i-80 Gold’s new development plan and highlight the value potential as we advance our multi-asset portfolio. We intend to outline our project milestones and demonstrate how proceeds from our recent equity financing will be deployed to deliver meaningful progress across the asset base.
The conference also provides an opportunity to engage with prospective long-term shareholders and broaden our investor base. In addition, we are open to discussions around potential royalty transactions as well as the divestment of our non-core FAD property.
What recent news would you like to highlight to investors attending?
- Q3 2025 – Advanced permitting, technical, and development work across all five assets; commenced construction at Archimedes (i-80 Gold’s second underground mine); reported encouraging exploration results from Granite Creek and Cove underground projects.
- Q2 2025 - Completed equity financing for gross proceeds of approximately $184M; Appointed new COO.
- Q1 2025 - Updated Preliminary Economic Assessments (PEA) for three underground projects and two open pit projects.
- Q4 2024 - Established new development plan to advance gold portfolio and new recapitalization plan.
What are your key goals for the next 3, 6 and 12 months?
3 Months
- Lone Tree autoclave refurbishment Class 3 engineering study – Q4 2025
- Initiate infill drilling at Archimedes Underground Upper Zone – Q4 2025
6 Months
- Granite Creek Underground Feasibility Study – Q1 2026
- Cove Underground Feasibility Study – Q1 2026
- Initiate infill drilling at Archimedes Underground Lower Zone - Q1 2026
12 Months
- Granite Creek Open Pit Feasibility Study – Mid-2026
- Advance debt financing options
- Sale of non-core asset (FAD property)
- Royalty sale
What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?
Water ingress at the Granite Creek underground project has impacted underground development. Groundwater is an issue often faced by Nevada miners. Drawing on regional best practices, we are expanding our water-treatment capacity, built a predictive groundwater model, installed additional wells, and implemented proactive dewatering measures.
What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?
The Company’s recently filed PEAs in Q1 2025 support its development plan toward a target gold output of approximately 600,000 ounces per year by the early 2030s, with all deposits open for further expansion.
Central to this strategy is the refurbishment of the Company’s Lone Tree autoclave processing facility, enabling a hub-and-spoke mining and central processing model.
Given the scale of its resource base, the quality of its assets, and the progress being made toward development milestones, management believes i-80 Gold’s current market valuation does not yet fully reflect the Company’s long-term potential.
What are the top 3 key investor takeaways?
- The Company's portfolio of multi-stage high-grade projects are largely brownfield restarts and low capital intensity with infrastructure mostly in place and short development timelines.
- With its new development plan, i-80 Gold has a clear roadmap to becoming a mid-tier gold producer.
