FireFox Gold was tailor-built to bring together seasoned gold industry leadership and deep expertise in Finland exploration. With a strong portfolio of projects in northern Finland’s Central Lapland Greenstone Belt, FireFox is a major player at a pre-discovery valuation in a terrain charged with discovery potential. The Company’s 100%-held Mustajärvi Project gold discovery includes three high-grade gold zones and has a 10km drill program underway to move the project towards resource delineation. FireFox has other large 100%-held land positions in the Belt that are adjoining new discoveries, with drill-ready targets and opportunities for joint-venture. The Company is also benefitting from a strategic Investment by Agnico Eagle Mines Ltd, who is earning into one of these large, highly prospective land packages.

Management Profile

Carl Löfberg, CEO

Mr. Löfberg has a master’s degree in industrial economics and broad experience in business consulting, project management, company start-ups and financing. As an economist and precious metals investor, he is an expert in hard currency and contrarian business strategy. Mr. Löfberg is a founding member of FinnAust Mining Plc, a JV company with Australian nickel miner Western Areas NL, which is now listed on the AIM-exchange in London. He has been Managing Director for the Finnish prospect generator Magnus Minerals since 2006. Mr. Lofberg leads the FireFox team from Tampere, Finland.

What are your key goals for the next 3, 6 and 12 months?

3 Months

Complete first phase of 10,000m drill program at Mustajärvi Gold Project

6 Months

Complete the 10,000 m infill and step-out drill program at the Mustajärvi Gold Project to advance the project towards a resource delineation program, while also continuing to delineate new targets on the property through base-of-till sampling and other methods. Complete new exploration drill targeting programs followed by drill testing of targets at Jeesiö and Sarvi projects.

12 Months

Continued exploration to work towards identifying multiple +1M oz gold deposits.

What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?

Equity financing is always a key issue. FireFox took aggressive action in 2025, completing a restructuring and raising $7M while bringing in additional key investors and advisors to support the company in future equity raises and corporate activities. This has enabled the Company to embark on an ambitious program and better positioned it for future growth.

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?

The Company is well structured and well supported, with all the building blocks for delineation of multiple significant gold deposits: large property holdings in an underexplored, gold-rich belt; an advanced high-grade gold project with aggressive drilling underway; and exploration programs at multiple grassroots prospects with high discovery potential.
