Ugo Landry-Tolszczuk, CFO

Ugo Landry-Tolszczuk was appointed to the role of Chief Financial Officer of Aya Gold & Silver in May 2020. His involvement in Africa spans 10 years of his 15-year professional career. Previously, Mr. Landry-Tolszczuk held the role of President and Chief Operating Officer of TSX-V listed SRG Mining. During this period, he headed up the company’s largest financing and advanced the company’s graphite project in Guinea from preliminary economic assessment to bankable feasibility study. Prior to joining SRG, Mr. Landry-Tolszczuk served as director of operations for Windiga Energy, which develops, owns and operates renewable energy power plants in Africa. He also brings experience from the technology industry, having previously worked at Research in Motion, ATI Technologies and Distech Controls. He is a CFA charterholder, with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in computer engineering from the University of Waterloo.

What is your rationale for taking part in 121 Mining Investment?

We are a pure play silver mining company, with recently expanded operations (Zgounder) expecting to produce ~5M ounces of silver in 2025. We are also developing our polymetallic Boumadine project in Morocco drilling 150,000+ metres this year. We are interested in meeting new investors.

What recent news would you like to highlight to investors attending?

• Completed expansion of Zgounder Silver Mine going from 700tpd to 3,000tpd processing capacity. Ramping up to steady state in 2025.
• Continue to report high-grade results from Zgounder and Boumadine in Morocco
• Expect to publish a PEA on the Boumadine project in 2025.
